Nick Veasey is British artist known for his innovative use of X-ray imaging. His x-ray lenticulars give the illusion of movement by merging two or more different images together. Over the top of the spliced image is a PETG plastic magnifying lens which show the viewer a different image as the image is viewed from different angles. By creating x-ray portraits of iconic figures, Nick’s constant reference mantra of “inside we are all the same” becomes even more resonant.
