Suspension (Day) and Suspension (Dusk) continue Paul Kuntze's exploration of atmosphere, movement, and the space between ascent and descent. Inspired by the grandeur of Baroque ceiling frescoes and reimagined through a contemporary lens, each composition dissolves clouds, light, and fragmented figures into luminous fields of color. The result is a sense of perpetual motion, where bodies appear suspended within vast skies that feel both monumental and weightless.
Released as a companion pair, each print is presented as a limited edition of 25 and measures 18 × 22 inches. Every print is signed and numbered on a certificate label affixed to the reverse, offering collectors the opportunity to acquire two compositions that echo one another while remaining distinctly their own.
